With a little over 24 hours to go, we're still short of half way there.  When everyone entered preferences we will have 18250 in the system (125x146).  As of this moment, we have just over 8000 entered (over 10000 to go).  Since connections at hotels are always less reliable, it would be a good idea to not wait until the last moment.
