Court Precedent Topic Paper—2025

Hello all,
While we do not know for certain which topics will make it to the final ballot yet, I wanted to get them all in one place now for ease of conversation. Each paper will have its own unique topic for threaded communication capacity.

This topic channel is for the Courts paper submitted by Samantha Godbey, Matthew Granstrom, Danielle O’Gorman, and Kathryn Rubino.

Note – there are two courts topics. This topic proposal focuses on eliminating current precedent certain court cases established.
