Hello everyone!
The Novice Director’s Working Group is a diverse collective of novice directors and coaches committed to helping novice debate flourish at the college level. We’d love to have to join our next meeting to chat about novice recruiting on our campuses, coaching novices, teaching the topic to novices, coordinating the novice travel schedule, etc. The goal is to share the wealth of novice knowledge across the debate community and encourage lots of novice debate in 25-26!
