The Professional Review Board (PRB) of the Cross Examination Debate Association (CEDA) reviews complaints and submits recommendations to the CEDA President regarding appropriate sanctions.

1. Eric Marlow (March 2013)

Eric Marlow has been sanctioned by the Cross Examination Debate Association (CEDA) Professional Review Board (PRB) for unprofessional conduct in violation of the CEDA constitution. The sanction excludes Marlow from participation in the CEDA organization and CEDA sanctioned events for a period of no less that 20 years (through 2033). Any school that chooses to employ Eric Marlow will not be eligible to earn CEDA points or be allowed participation in the organization during the duration of his employment. Any tournament that allows him to participate risks loss of CEDA sanctioning.
